Use appropriate containers: Store in containers made of corrosion-resistant materials such as glass or specific plastics (e.g., polyethylene). Avoid metal containers as sulfuric acid can corrode many metals.

3. Handling and Dilution
Always add acid to water: When diluting sulfuric acid, always add acid to water, never the reverse, as adding water to concentrated sulfuric acid can cause violent reactions and splattering.
